Simple and Smooth Horizontal ScrollBar (AS3)

Today a quick post to show you one way to do horizontal scrolling.

The bad news: I am really busy recently and I can not spend much time adding explanations and/or comments. However, the code is really short and you should figure your way out pretty quickly.
